            The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moved to amend the bill as follows:

            On page 4, section 5, line 17, after the word “killing”, by inserting the following:

            “: Provided, That any farmer or landowner that uses drones to patrol his or her property for the purpose of security or protection of property or crops or livestock from trespassers or farm animal species that might damage crops or property is not prohibited from using drones to drive away those unwanted inrtuders or from using information provided by drones to locate and eliminate animals when the property owner has a damage permit”
